How to unlock the Shuriken Mastery I achievement

    Buying blueprints from the Market, crafting them, and then running some low-level missions* is a great place to start. (I personally used the Kunai)

    *This varies slightly based on your current mastery rank, as higher ranks means you can equip better mods and thus do more damage per shot.
