How to unlock the Noblesse Oblige achievement

    I had to do "Upgraded tools Eliminate an entire patrol. (With Signy still alive)" on normal (easy) difficulty, so that the early patrols were only 3 axethrowers. Harder difficulties have more, which killed either Signy or Hildegard.
