The easiest bonus level in my opinion to get this achievement would be the bonus level located in level 4 of Clover Village.
The bubbles move in a left to right half-hour glass pattern (you'll understand better once in the bonus level). You need to position your paddle with the ball in the very center and wait until the top half of the bubbles are just about to slightly move out of the center top position. Once you see that, quickly launch the orb straight up!
If done correctly, your orb should hit the back wall and miss any of the bubbles. Quickly move the paddle out of the center position allowing the orb to exit the level and pop your achievement.
The timing can take a few tries to perfect. Luckily if you mess up and pop a bubble, you can simply pause by pressing the ESC key on your keyboard and selecting Save & Quit. Doing this will place you back at the beginning of level 4 of Clover Village and you can quickly re-enter the bonus level located here to re-try until you get the achievement.
