You can do this fast by grinding "Find the Oasis" mission on Chapter 5.
That mission gives you a minimum of 300 kills per run. Assuming you have somewhere around 12k by the end of the game, you would need 13k to get the achievement. 45 runs through this mission... aaaand..
Voila...achievement unlocked.
