A lot of the achievements that are definitely in the DLC are still categorized as main game (Korvan Loremaster, Riggs-related ones, are both Forgotten Gods, etc) - I'm not 100% sure what's what, but is there anyway someone can take a look or I can at least be helpful with the ones I know about? (Couldn't figure out how to change which DLC was set to which, just set other flags of achievements in various DLCs)
