Shadow of the Tomb Raider Welcomes Players to Paititi

By Rebecca Smith,
As Lara Croft looks to save the world from a Mayan apocalypse in Shadow of the Tomb Raider, she'll make her way through a jungle full of dangers. Not everything poses a threat, though, and a new video has been released showing off the hidden city of Paititi, the largest hub to ever be created for a Tomb Raider title.

The city has multiple districts and promises hours of entertainment, with a number of challenge tombs and side missions from its citizens. You'll be able to obtain new outfits, crafting materials, and weapons at the marketplace through the new barter system, and hunt and harvest resources too. The game's narrative director Jason Dozois provides the commentary as you look around the city for nearly ten minutes.

You'll be able to explore Paititi for yourself when the game is released on September 14th.
