Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass Announced With Teaser Trailer

By Rebecca Smith,
The Serious Sam franchise has been around for 17 years, and the battle to save humanity from the alien overlord Mental continues to this day. Developer Croteam has teamed up with publisher Devolver Digital to reveal Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass with a teaser trailer.

Details on the game are scarce as it's due to be fully revealed at E3 2018. What we do know is that the signature gameplay will return on "a brutally bigger scale", and players won't be restricted to a single desert level. In fact, the trailer showcases a peaceful motorcycle ride through the mountainous countryside with birds minding their own business, and wild flowers in bloom. As you can imagine, it doesn't last.

If you're interested in the game already, you can add it to your Steam wishlist and/or follow the game here. The title is coming to Windows, Mac and Linux.
