1. The Gallery - Episode 2: Heart of the Emberstone Walkthrough overview

This is a guide to all of the achievements in The Gallery - Episode 2: Heart of the Emberstone, a VR adventure game. This game requires a Virtual Reality headset (e.g., Vive or Oculus) and room-scale setup in order to play.

There are 27 achievements in the game, many of which are missable. If you played the first game, Call of the Starseed, you might recall that the five sections were independent. Once you advanced from one area to the next you couldn't go back, but you could reload the start of any chapter once unlocked. This game is different. Once unlocked, you can readily go back to most (although not all) of the areas in the game; however, once certain actions are taken, they are permanent and cannot be undone without starting the game over from scratch. The game only has a single save slot, so the missable achievements are truly missable without a complete restart.

Most of the achievements are not that hard to get if you know what to do; a few are difficult, it not technically time consuming. The game requires two full replays to get all of the achievements because a few are mutually exclusive. Following this guide will earn 24 in the first pass and the other three in the second, although one could earn 26 of 27 on a single play through.

This walkthrough will describe how to get through each section of the game and highlight where to pick up achievements as you go along. There are lots of little fun things you can do and explore not covered by the walkthrough; it's worth taking your time to do so in order to appreciate the ambiance and lore of the game.
