I didn't know what to expect when I first downloaded this. It was recommended to me by the Steam Store and I decided to get it and give it a go.

What I found was actually a lot more than what I was originally thinking - I thought it was going to be just another boring little visual novel without much choice. It was so much more than that.

I found a world that was actually quite well developed. This is a game that a lot of work has gone into, even just for a prequel. I had never heard of Elisa: The Innkeeper before so this was actually a really lovely introduction to it.

The artwork isn't what I was expecting. It was rather simple and a tiny bit crude in places but for a free game, I'm not too surprised. I really enjoyed the story lines that there were, and there is a definite cliff hanger that makes me wonder if it'll be explained more in the main game. This has really made me want to go ahead and get the main game, and I definitely will be doing that at some point.

This is a beautiful little world that I really found myself lost in.

A relatively quick game, this only took me 15 minutes to gain all the achievements and explore it all, and that was a bit of a downside - I would have loved for this to go on longer than it did, but that being said, it just makes me all the more eager to get the full game.

I would definitely recommend this one to people! Give this one a chance, I really loved it!
