It'd be great if we could exclude region-exclusive games from series on our profile.

For example, the Russian version of Borderlands 2 is a separate entry in the Borderlands Series on this site.

I understand why it's there, but if possible it'd be great if we could have the series overview for our profiles exclude games outside of our region.

I would recommend this!

Same with the Mafia Game Series, where Mafia 2 JP is included, which is played by only 20 people on this site

I can't complete the game series, because of that, and I think vizthex has the same problem with Borderlands
