achievement(tsa) score all over the place. for a couple of games

i was just clearing out some games in my steam libary (some spam games i have for ages never touched)
and recently completed one of them with app ID: 934540

but i didn't get a notification on the website i have completed it.

if i go to the page of the game i got more points than i should get for some reason.
the series shows its completed at 100%.
my friend sees i only got 176 points.

the graph of the achievement distribution and game high scores seem off as well.
it shows i have completed it yet it doesn't mark it as completed.
