I just wrapped up 100% on this game and I really had a great time--even for an older game. I'd started the game years ago, played for about half and hour and moved on. But, it was sitting there with like 5 completed achievements and that bugged me, so I decided to give it another day in court. Much to my surprise, it was a fun experience and I'm still messing around with the Breach Mode DLC (formerly PTW, now FTW but kinda hobbled).
The one hair-tearing achievement in the game is playing a second playthrough in zero-death mode. There's also a carry the item through a level achievement like the ones in Black Mesa, but unlike BM, it's a much more brief segment and therefore not as onerous.
Anyway, if you have this one sitting in your games library, suggest you give it another try. For the Breach Mode portion, there is a great video series on this in YouTube--not necessary but it makes the grind less painful in that most painful portion of the achievement chase.
