Confusion

I have no idea where to go in this game. I can get to the Cafe with Kai, it goes to night, and I've talked with every conversation path and dialog tree I can between Kai, Frank, Pavlov, and Mikey. I notice Sanshiro's wheelchair outside the partment without him in it (pretty sure hes the killer cause hes the ONLY person you so conveniently can't leap in to, and the only one who has the same dialog no matter who you talk to him as, and Clara is already dead but not interactable if you enter the apartment at night. Staying in the apartment and not answering the door still resets the game at midnight, whereas answering the door gets Kevin killed too. I'm so lost here.
