For some reason I'm not getting twitter posts anymore?

as stated above i'm not getting automated twitter posts anymore, when looking into this it says "Please note that Tweeting is disabled if you have a bean dive for which you haven't yet clicked the "Finish Dive" button."

However i cannot for the life of me find what or where this is and was hoping i could get some help.

Is this going to be fixed? After I connect my Twitter account, I run a test post and it says;

There are some problems with the values entered:
Could not post an update to Twitter - please check your settings
